At Fonzabó, we put great care into the printing and customization of every product. Please read this policy carefully to understand how images, colors, and custom designs are handled.
📸 Product Images Disclaimer
- All product images displayed on our website are for representation purposes only.
- Actual products may slightly vary in color, texture, or finish due to lighting conditions, printing processes, and screen/display differences.
- Color appearance may differ from device to device (mobile, tablet, laptop, monitor), and such variations are not considered defects.
🧾 Product Details & Visual References
- Some products may include images, mockups, or sample previews to help you understand the design or placement.
- These visuals are illustrative and intended only as a general reference.
- Minor differences in alignment, shade, or scale may occur during the final printing process.
🎨 Custom Design & Image Upload Policy
- For customized products (such as personalized phone cases or photo items), customers are responsible for uploading the correct and clear image/design at the time of placing the order.
- Uploaded images should be of good resolution and quality for best printing results.
⚠️ Missing Image / Design Submissions
- If an order is placed for a customized product without uploading the required image or design, our team will contact you via email or WhatsApp to request the necessary file.
- You must share the required image/design within 7 days of placing the order.
- If no response or image is received within this time frame, we will proceed with the order without the custom print/design.
- In such cases, no refund, replacement, or cancellation will be applicable.
✅ Customer Responsibility
- Please double-check your uploaded images, spelling, orientation, and design details before confirming your order.
- Once printing has started, no changes can be made.
