🚚 SHIPPING POLICY – FONZABÓ

Thank you for shopping with Fonzabó. We appreciate your trust in our custom-made products. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

📦 Order Processing Time

As soon as your order is confirmed, we begin manufacturing your product without delay. Every item is carefully crafted based on your order and then thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Once the product clears the final quality check, it is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. We make every effort to process, pack, and dispatch orders within 24 hours after production, using the fastest and most reliable courier service available for your pincode.

🚛 Shipping & Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
  • Delivery timelines may be slightly longer for remote or non-metro areas.

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

📍 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India only.
  • International shipping is not available at the moment, but we are actively working on expanding our services and plan to offer international shipping in the near future.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email.
  • Tracking details are generally shared within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
  • You can monitor your shipment in real time using the provided link.

❌ Order Cancellation or Modification

  • Since most of our products are custom-made, cancellations or modifications may not be possible once processing has started.
  • If you wish to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible (before 1 hour) after placing your order.
  • While we’ll do our best to help, changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.

🕒 Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
