🔁 RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY – FONZABÓ
At Fonzabó, every product is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Our goal is to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered — in perfect condition.
Since most of our products are custom-made, we follow a strict but fair replacement policy.
🔄 EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY
We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or affected during transit, we will arrange a free replacement after verification, ensuring you receive a product that meets Fonzabó’s quality standards.
✅ WHEN ARE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT?
We offer replacement only in the following cases:
1️⃣ Damaged or Defective Product
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we will replace it free of cost.
Important conditions:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory (from sealed package to product)
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted

2️⃣ Wrong Product Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered:
- Raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Share the unboxing video along with order details
Once verified, a replacement will be arranged.
❌ NON-ELIGIBLE CASES (NO RETURNS / NO REPLACEMENTS)
Replacement requests will NOT be accepted in the following situations:
- ❌ Wrong phone model, design, or product selected by the customer
- ❌ Change of mind after delivery
- ❌ Minor color variations (may occur due to screen differences)
- ❌ Damage caused due to misuse or handling after delivery
- ❌ Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
- ❌ Missing, incomplete, or unclear unboxing video
📦 PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIREMENT
For replacement approval:
- The product must be unused
- Returned with original packaging
- Must pass our quality verification check
If the product fails inspection, the replacement request may be declined.
🚚 REPLACEMENT PROCESS
1. Email us your order ID, issue details, and required proof
2. Our team will review and verify the request
3. Replacement will be shipped within 48–72 hours (subject to availability)
4. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead
🔁 Once a replacement is issued, it cannot be replaced again
❌ ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be canceled only before production begins
- Once processing or shipping starts, cancellation is not allowed
🚚 RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
- Fonzabó is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by Fonzabó.
We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet the above policy conditions.
