🔄 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – FONZABÓ

At Fonzabó, every product is made specially for you. Since most of our items are custom-made and printed on order, we follow a transparent and limited refund & cancellation policy.

Please read carefully before placing an order.


ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled only if production has not started.
  • Cancellation requests must be raised within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • Once the order is sent for manufacturing or printing, cancellation is not possible.
  • Orders that are already manufactured, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.

🔁 REFUND / REPLACEMENT POLICY

We do not offer refunds for custom-made products unless there is a genuine issue from our side.

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

Eligible Cases for Replacement

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product is defective or broken
  • Product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
  • Product is not usable due to manufacturing defect

Important Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory (from sealed package to product)
  • Photos/videos must clearly show the issue
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted

Once verified and approved:

  • A free replacement of the same product will be dispatched
  • Replacement is usually shipped within 48 hours

💸 REFUNDS (Only If Applicable)

Refunds are processed only if:

  • Replacement is not possible due to product unavailability, or
  • The wrong product was shipped and cannot be replaced

Refund process:

  • Refund will be initiated within 7 business days after approval
  • Amount will reflect in your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider

NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-REPLACEABLE CASES

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Incorrect model selected by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
  • Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or wear & tear
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Orders without a valid unboxing video

📦 CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

All customized products (name, photo, design-based or printed items) are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
